Inspired by one of my fairly frequent apocalyptic dreams. In this dream, the sky had turned red and black, an the moon and sun merged to form a giant eyeball in the sky. As the eye gazed down on the ruined city, flaming meteors began to fall. I found a crowd of frightened people sheltering in my house. So I shut the door on the terror and made them some savoury vegetarian meat-substitute pies.

I’ve probably got to stop drinking caffeinated beverages so close to bedtime.
